Short Term Goals

1. To improve the infrastructure
2. To acquire the adjacent building
3. Computerisation of library/ office
4. To build a parking shed for vehicles
5. To have a recreational room and a bigger reading room.
6. To extend our extension activities and establish linkages with NGOs.
7. A more effective placement cell.
8. A course in value education.

Medium term goals

1. To acquire a building of our own and spread our wings.
2. To start self-financing courses.
3. To take up research projects and work towards high degrees.
4. Offer consultancy services.
5. Establish twinning facilities with national and international organisations.
6. Establish inter connectivity with other libraries all over the country.
7. To ready the college for "Autonomous Status"

Long Term Goals

1. To put the college on National Education Map.
2. We would like to revamp the entire system of education and evaluation to make it more life oriented rather than livelihood oriented.
3. Introduce modular syllabi.
4. Introduce flexibility as far as time is concerned.
5. Make courses more interdisciplinary.
6. Make exams more applicable oriented rather than tests of memory.
7. To take education to the new heights.
